Preparation of managerial reports Position: **Operations Analyst** Employment Type: CLT || Location: Itapecerica/SP 100% IN-PERSON WORK MODEL Schedule: **Monday to Saturday: 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM** **Responsibilities:** Plan and optimize operational routes, ensuring optimal logistics utilization and on-time deliveries. Monitor truck tracking and fleet monitoring systems, ensuring adherence to defined routes and delivery process quality. Analyze operational performance using productivity indicators, evaluating driver performance and identifying improvement opportunities. Participate in meetings with teams and leadership, contributing data and insights to enhance logistics processes. Prepare managerial reports on performance and productivity, supporting goal and results tracking. Support supervision of operational activities and adherence to established deadlines, ensuring service quality. Perform other related duties as required by the department; **Requirements:** Minimum one year of experience in route planning, fleet monitoring, and performance indicator management. Experience with vehicle tracking and monitoring systems (e.g., Ravex). Advanced knowledge of operational indicator analysis (e.g., delivery performance, productivity, route efficiency). Proficiency in preparing managerial reports, interpreting data, and presenting results to various organizational levels. Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining organization and result orientation. Strong interpersonal communication skills, with capacity to interact effectively with drivers, field teams, and leadership. Proactive, analytical profile with strong problem-solving ability. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
