Job Summary: You will be responsible for managing all internal store operations, monitoring KPIs, controlling expenses, inventory, waste, assisting with procurement, and improving operational processes. Opportunity for proactive and organized professionals Your responsibilities include managing all internal store operations: monitoring KPIs, controlling expenses and inventory, assisting with procurement, managing waste, tracking spreadsheets and KPIs, and improving daily operational processes. **This is a CLT position, on-site, with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 1:30 PM to 11:20 PM.** Starting salary is R$ 2,300.00. Benefits include a monthly performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary, uniform allowance, gym membership, transportation assistance, on-site meals, birthday day off, birthday week off, and optional health insurance. The average total monthly income is approximately R$ 3,000.00. We seek candidates with a completed or ongoing degree in administration, logistics, or process-related fields, and proven experience in operations analysis, logistics, business analysis, or related areas. Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, process documentation, and KPI analysis is essential, as well as organization, discipline, proactivity, and resilience. **Work location: Av.
