Plan and execute logistics strategies. Manage inventory. Coordinate, motivate, and evaluate the team. Monitor processes and implement improvements. Negotiate and oversee service quality. Develop performance indicators. Supervise receiving, production replenishment, and control of materials and fixed assets.
