Manage the team, supervising and guiding A logistics service provider is seeking a Logistics Manager in Mairiporã. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the company's operational and logistics routines. Control the fleet, routes, fuel consumption, and other resources used in operations. Monitor KPIs, results, and logistics area productivity. Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal processes, as well as safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes, suggesting adjustments and optimizations. Establish communication with internal departments, suppliers, and other partners, ensuring alignment of requirements. Manage the team, supervising task execution and guiding the team in daily activities. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
