Manage team and guide staff A logistics service provider is seeking a Logistics Manager in Diadema. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the company's operational and logistics routines. Control fleet, routes, fuel consumption, and other resources used in operations. Monitor KPIs, results, and logistics area productivity. Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal processes, as well as safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes by suggesting adjustments and optimizations. Establish communication with internal departments, suppliers, and other partners to align requirements. Manage the team, supervise task execution, and guide staff in daily activities. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
