Job Summary: Responsible for supervising logistics processes, issuing fiscal documents, managing transportation, handling complaints, and coordinating inventories, ensuring integration with other departments. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of logistics processes and issuance of fiscal documents. 2. Management of transportation, complaints, and inventories. 3. Strategic integration with transportation, commercial, and planning departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issuance of Fiscal Invoices and Quality Reports: Responsible for ensuring accurate issuance of fiscal invoices and quality reports according to orders, adhering to deadlines and applicable legislation. * Order Picking Monitoring: Supervises the order picking process to ensure products are correctly prepared for dispatch. * Transportation and Freight Cost Control: Handles freight contracting and monitoring, seeking optimal cost\-benefit ratios, optimizing delivery timelines, and ensuring cargo integrity. * Complaint and Non-Conformance Management: Analyzes operational failures and customer complaints, defining corrective and preventive actions and tracking their effectiveness. * Physical Inventory: Coordinates and executes monthly and annual inventories, ensuring inventory accuracy and reconciliation of system data. * Supervision of Logistics Processes: Supervises product receiving, inspection, movement, storage, shelf-life control, and dispatch. * Management of Exchanges, Damages, and Returns: Coordinates merchandise return flows, ensuring proper fiscal and logistics recordkeeping. * Integration with Other Departments: Collaborates closely with transportation, commercial, and planning departments to align deadlines, requirements, and the company's strategic objectives. **Requirements:** * Experience in vehicle scheduling and monitoring, issuance of transport documents, and controls; * Degree in logistics-related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:48 PM.
