Job Summary: A Logistics Assistant will be responsible for receiving, picking, storing, and shipping products, as well as monitoring inventory levels and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for inventory management and handling of medical supplies. 2. Direct communication with freight carriers and freight rate negotiation. 3. Opportunity to operate a forklift upon completion of training and certification. A medical supplies provider is seeking a Logistics Assistant in Campinas. **Responsibilities:** Receive, pick, store, and ship products. Perform inventory verification and organization, and carry out cleaning of the storage area. Register orders in the system, issue invoices, and monitor documentation. Complete and track reports and spreadsheets related to inventory control and product movement. Maintain direct communication with freight carriers for freight rate negotiation and shipment tracking. Observe commercial terms and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines. Operate a forklift for cargo handling, provided the candidate has completed relevant training and holds valid certification.
