**Logistics and Fleet Analyst / Supervisor** **Job Mission** Plan, control, and optimize the company's fleet utilization, while managing the warehouse and operational procurement processes, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and resource availability for operations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Fleet Management:** Control maintenance (preventive/corrective), fuel, documentation (traffic fines, insurance, licensing), accidents, and generate cost reports. * **Warehouse Management:** Manage inventory inflow, outflow, and organization (PPEs, uniforms, equipment), conduct stocktaking, and maintain minimum stock levels. * **Operational Procurement:** Request quotations for materials, negotiate with suppliers, issue purchase orders, and monitor delivery deadlines to reduce costs. * **KPIs:** Issue monthly reports on fleet costs, fuel, inventory, and procurement. Professional Profile Preferred qualifications: * **Education:** Technical or higher education degree (Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering). * **Experience:** Fleet management, logistics, and inventory control. * **Skills:** Intermediate Excel proficiency and driver's license category A/B.
