Ensuring organization, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines Responsible for the operational management of the warehouse and delivery logistics, ensuring warehouse organization, process control, operational efficiency, and compliance with company-established deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Ensure physical and systemic organization of the warehouse; * Conduct goods receipt and dispatch verification; * Coordinate storage, order picking, verification, and shipment; * Perform and monitor periodic inventory counts; * Control losses, damages, discrepancies, and stockouts; * Monitor logistics performance indicators and inventory accuracy; * Maintain safety stock and ensure appropriate material replenishment; * Plan and organize daily delivery routes, considering region, volume, weight, and deadlines; * Track delivery deadlines, incidents, and performance; * Conduct daily alignment with representatives and sales staff regarding orders and deliveries; * Manage returns and logistics incidents; * Monitor usage, maintenance, and organization of vehicles used for deliveries; * Control logistics-related operational costs; * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the department; * Coordinate, guide, and develop the operational team; * Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and procedures; * Complete and submit monthly logistics and warehouse reports; * Pursue continuous improvement in operational and logistics processes.
