




Job Summary: Responsible for optimizing the supply chain, inventory management, transportation, and distribution by analyzing logistics data to enhance operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for monitoring and optimizing supply chain-related activities, including inventory management, transportation, and product distribution. Analyzes logistics data to identify operational improvements and ensure efficiency in operations. Develops and implements processes to optimize goods handling and storage. Supports warehouse and asset management. Monitors and analyzes the vehicle fleet, while also collaborating on facility administration and cleaning services. * Monitor inventory levels, performing accurate recordkeeping and updates. * Assist in identifying procurement needs and requesting supplier quotations. * Execute material and product storage and organization activities. * Track usage and maintenance of company assets and equipment. * Assist in planning and controlling transportation operations and vehicle maintenance. * Support facility management and coordination of general services. * Monitor and ensure proper execution of cleaning services across facilities. * Manage logistics for corporate events and meetings. * Prepare reports for corporate events and meetings. * Collect and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Propose and assist in implementing processes and solutions to increase logistics efficiency. * Perform tasks in compliance with internal and external regulations and standards. * Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and product quality. * Support demand forecasting and inventory planning. * Conduct periodic process reviews and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Identify and resolve issues that may impact logistics operations. * Monitor and analyze logistics expenses to identify cost reduction opportunities. * Assist the Logistics Supervisor with administrative and operational tasks as required. * Participate in company-provided training programs and apply acquired knowledge. * Adhere to the Internal Regulations and guide the team regarding personnel management processes: vacation program, and participate in staff movement processes (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and dismissals). * Stay informed about new products and services offered by the company. * Proactively address customer problems and needs. * Promote and attend company events and meetings, and engage in team-building activities. * Uphold ethical standards and appropriate professional conduct as part of organizational culture. * Ensure conservation, maintenance, cleanliness, and proper functioning of departmental equipment and premises. * Maintain organization of physical and digital company documents and ensure their accurate updating. * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
