Logistics Analyst - Warehouse

Your day-to-day responsibilities * Monitor and optimize receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory processes. * Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, service level, damages, etc. * Support data management in the system, ensuring data quality and traceability. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and propose corrective actions and preventive measures. * Contribute to improvements in layout, slotting, material flow, and standardization (5S). * Collaborate with partner areas (Procurement, Transportation, Production/Commercial) to ensure smooth operations. * Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost reduction or new operations. Required skills and qualifications * Prior experience in warehouse/distribution center logistics. * Practical knowledge of storage, inventory, and shipping processes. * Experience with the Escalasoft system and inventory control routines. * Proficiency in Excel. * Ability to prepare and analyze various reports. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
