Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the control, scheduling, and coordination of transportation operations, ensuring delivery efficiency, fleet safety, and effective communication. Communication among teams for transportation operations **Job Mission** Responsible for supporting the control, scheduling, and coordination of transportation operations, ensuring delivery efficiency, fleet safety, and effective inter-team communication. * Assist in fleet release and tracking monitoring. * Monitor deliveries, returns, redeliveries, and route pending items. * Manage pickups, traffic fines, fleet documentation, and updates to CRLV/DUT/CNH. * Monitor fuel consumption, bait usage, and team attendance frequency. * Register invoices, submit documents to Finance, and track merchandise returns. * Organize route returns (pallets, boxes, trolleys, etc.). * Handle matters with the tracking provider and relay delivery status updates to the sales team. * Prepare and disseminate loading schedules. Close transportation performance indicators.
