Responsibilities: Conduct critical process analyses, proposing improvements and standardization. • Monitor quality KPIs and propose action plans. Participate in and lead internal audits, and support external audits (ISO, BRCGS, SIF, or client audits). • Develop action plans and track non-conformance resolutions. • Verify compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and operational procedures. • Conduct routine inspections in operational areas, cold chambers, loading docks, and support areas. • Monitor critical points such as hygiene, packaging integrity, temperature, pests, and GMP deviations. Record, investigate, and analyze non-conformances, operational deviations, customer complaints, and quality incidents. • Prepare technical reports and apply investigation methodologies (e.g., Ishikawa, 5 Whys). Deliver training on quality, food safety, GMP, hygiene, documentation, and other relevant topics.
