Job Request Number: 115078 Schedule: Full Time **INVENTORY ANALYST** **OBJECTIVE** Coordinate and execute activities related to inventory control and management, ensuring the accuracy of records and the efficiency of inventory processes, as well as conducting root cause analyses and developing action plans for continuous improvement. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock, the WMS system, and the customer's ERP system. * Investigate root causes of inventory inconsistencies and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure all inventory discrepancies are addressed, corrected, and documented within agreed SLAs. * Conduct cyclic counts according to the rotating inventory plan or as requested by the customer. * Generate and analyze reports on discrepancies, inventory accuracy, and inventory performance. * Manage inventories of blocked, damaged, obsolete, or return-in-process items. * Collaborate with operations, quality, and IT teams to ensure traceability of movements. * Validate and audit system movements performed by operators in the WMS, ensuring compliance with procedures. * Support internal and external audits by providing evidence of controls and reconciliations. * Maintain updated documentation and procedures for compliance and continuous improvement. **DSV – Global Transport and Logistics** Working at DSV means working in a different league.
