




Job Summary: Assist in international procurement processes, logistics management, operational monitoring, and strategic support using Excel and ERP systems. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to Procurement Analyst and Procurement Manager Your main responsibilities: Procurement & Sourcing: Assist in international procurement processes and contracting of logistics services. Logistics Interface: Provide technical support and communication with service providers and foreign partners. Operational Follow-up: Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and import/export documentation flow. Data Management: Rigorous maintenance and updating of technical data and costs within the ERP system. Strategic Support: Direct assistance to Procurement Analyst and Procurement Manager in quotations, price comparisons, and performance reports. ✅ Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Prior experience in procurement of logistics services or general foreign trade procedures. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (essential for data analysis) and knowledge of ERP systems. Languages: Intermediate English (technical reading and writing). Preferred Qualification: Experience negotiating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and cleaning stations.
