Monitor customs legislation and ensure regulatory compliance. **On-site Position: Import and Export Analyst** We are looking for an **Import and Export Analyst** to join our team, ensuring that all international operations run efficiently, with precise documentation and full compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. **Location:** Guarulhos International Airport **-** Rodovia Hélio Smidt, s/nº, Cumbica, Guarulhos **-** SP, CEP 07190-100**.** **Responsibilities:** \- Monitor the entire import and export process, from negotiation through customs clearance. \- Verify documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates, and customs declarations. \- Manage deadlines, logistics costs, and operational flow of international shipments. \- Maintain direct contact with customs brokers, freight agents, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. \- Analyze tax classifications (NCM) and ensure correct product classification. \- Monitor customs legislation and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance. \- Update spreadsheets, KPIs, and departmental reports. \- Support internal departments—including Finance, Tax, and Logistics—on matters related to international operations. **Requirements:** \- Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields. \- Experience in import and export routines for courier shipments (express consignments). \- Knowledge of documentation, customs procedures, and international logistics. \- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is considered a plus. \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience with special customs regimes (e.g., Drawback, Ex-Tariff, etc.). \- Experience in industrial, logistics, or high-volume operational environments. \- Courses or certifications in customs legislation, tax classification, or international trade. **Benefits:** \- Transportation Allowance \- Meal Voucher or Food Allowance \- Medical Insurance \- Dental Insurance Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Salary: R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
