Job Summary: Human Resources professional to perform recruitment and selection, endomarketing, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Recruitment and Selection experience 2. Monday to Friday work schedule **Recruitment and Selection Responsibilities:** Vacancy management and dissemination; Proactive candidate sourcing and resume screening according to job requirements; Candidate communication; Participation in or conducting remote or in-person interviews; Daily updating of R\&S tracking spreadsheets; Conducting exit interviews; Supporting endomarketing initiatives; Employee support; Other duties within the People \& Management department, as required. **Requirements for this position:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; Prior experience in R\&S; Intermediate Excel skills. **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance of R$ 30.00 per working day; Food basket; Fuel assistance or transportation voucher; Life insurance; Dental plan (available after probation period); Totalpass; Sálvia – Telemedicine service; Breakfast provided at the office. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. **Work Location:** ROD Governador Mario Covas SN, Padre Mathias, Cariacica/ES, CEP 29158\-900\.
