This role will be pivotal in advancing HR processes, structuring the department, and strengthening a results-driven culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in logistics operations, industrial environments, or high-demand settings; * Experience implementing corporate projects; * Hands-on profile with strategic vision. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct technical management of Career & Compensation processes; Climate and Culture surveys; * Lead and monitor strategic HR department projects; * Perform organizational analyses, job structure assessments, internal movements, and support internal policies; * Develop, monitor, and analyze HR metrics and managerial presentations; * Directly support HR Management’s operational demands; * Monitor action plans, timelines, and strategic deliverables; * Support implementation and sustainability of corporate programs; * Develop executive materials, controls, and reports for decision-making; * Support organizational structure analysis, workforce sizing, and internal movements; * Ensure organization, monitoring, and execution of departmental deliverables; * Participate in building and continuously improving HR processes; * Interface with leadership and corporate departments. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00 * Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 **Requirements** -------------- ### **Education** * Bachelor's degree **Benefits** -------------- * Salary advance * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Cafeteria * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * SESC membership discount * Monthly bonus * Total Pass * Banked hours * IPOG discount **Location** --------------- Avenida Talma Rodrigues Ribeiro, Portal de Jacaraípe, Serra \- ES, Brazil, 29173\-795
