Join our team as a **Foreign Trade Analyst!** We are seeking a Foreign Trade Analyst to join our Foreign Trade team. This person will be responsible for the operational execution of **export and domestic market processes**, focusing on compliance with customs legislation, issuance of contracts and invoices, control reports, and related procedures. The role involves close collaboration with internal company departments, monitoring of performance indicators, and technical support to management, ensuring process efficiency and legal compliance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enter data into the ERP system in accordance with tax and customs legislation; * Review and analyze export documents (international contracts, commercial invoices, bills of lading, LPCO, DUE, etc.); * Monitor and record process-related expenses in the system; * Ensure documentary and regulatory compliance of all processes; * Generate management reports and monitor departmental KPIs; * Provide technical support to other company departments (logistics, tax, procurement, sales, etc.); * Issue contracts and invoices within the system; * Review and reconcile reports; * Support continuous improvement and standardization initiatives for Foreign Trade processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proven experience in export processes; * Experience issuing invoices and managing document workflows; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Protheus, SAP, or similar preferred); * Analytical, proactive, organized profile with strong sense of responsibility; * Intermediate or advanced English (reading international documents and communicating with suppliers); Preferred: * Experience in agricultural product export processes; * Familiarity with customs regimes, especially Drawback; **Additional Information** * Market-competitive remuneration; * Benefits package (Life Insurance, Health Plan, Maternity Basket, etc.); * Ethical, challenging professional environment focused on governance and continuous development; * CLT employment contract.
