Description
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and control fleet vehicles, ensuring availability and compliance with legal and operational requirements;
* Manage fleet documentation (IPVA, licensing, insurance, traffic fines, etc.), maintaining updated and organized records;
* Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and preventive and corrective maintenance needs;
* Analyze fleet performance indicators and propose actions to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency;
* Negotiate with maintenance, parts, insurance, and vehicle leasing suppliers;
* Support planning for fleet renewal, acquisition, and disposal according to technical and financial criteria;
* Prepare managerial reports containing strategic fleet information to support decision-making.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment;
* Perform tasks related to the position as requested by supervisors;
* Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
* Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, Transportation, or related fields
