FLEET ANALYST - PJ

Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for end-to-end fleet management, ensuring vehicle maintenance, availability, operational quality and safety, as well as supplier and field team management. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and monitor fleet maintenance plans. 2. Identify and develop suppliers to support fleet operations. 3. Address issues proactively to ensure fleet availability. This professional will be responsible for the **vehicle fleet**, ensuring maintenance, availability, quality and operational safety, while also collaborating with suppliers, clients and the field team. ### **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor fleet maintenance plans; * Identify and develop suppliers to meet fleet requirements; * Monitor and audit suppliers to ensure quality and SLA compliance; * Prepare periodic fleet performance reports and dashboards; * Support field personnel to ensure service requests are addressed within agreed timeframes; * Ensure documentation of evidence for each process, keeping management systems up to date; * Coordinate periodic inspections across all vehicles; * Develop technical information materials for distribution to clients; * Conduct training sessions on vehicles, equipment and available resources; * Respond immediately to issues affecting fleet availability, reporting risks and complexities; * Monitor fleet and resource usage through contracted tools. ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed High School / Undergraduate studies in progress; * Experience in fleet management and vehicle maintenance; * Knowledge of monitoring and control processes; * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and suppliers. ### **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Analytical and problem-solving ability; * Clear and assertive communication; * Time management and demand prioritization.
