




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the maintenance, availability, quality, and operational safety of the vehicle fleet, working with suppliers, customers, and field teams. Field staff support and problem resolution This professional will be responsible for the **vehicle fleet**, ensuring maintenance, availability, quality, and operational safety, as well as collaborating with suppliers, customers, and field teams. ### **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor fleet maintenance plans; * Identify and develop suppliers to meet fleet requirements; * Monitor and audit suppliers to ensure quality and SLA compliance; * Prepare periodic fleet performance reports and dashboards; * Support field professionals, ensuring timely response to service requests; * Ensure documentation of evidence for each process and maintain up-to-date management systems; * Coordinate periodic vehicle inspections across the entire fleet; * Develop technical information materials for distribution to customers; * Conduct training sessions on vehicles, equipment, and available resources; * Respond immediately to issues affecting fleet availability, reporting risks and complexities; * Monitor fleet and resource usage through contracted tools. ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed High School / Undergraduate studies in progress; * Experience in fleet management and vehicle maintenance; * Knowledge of monitoring and control processes; * Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and suppliers. ### **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Clear and assertive communication; * Time management and demand prioritization.
