Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and organizing transportation requests, scheduling shipments, providing customer support, ensuring documentary compliance, and monitoring deliveries to achieve logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Active and agile customer support via multiple channels 2. Real-time monitoring of delivery status 3. KPI tracking and proposal of improvements Receive and organize pickup and delivery requests sent by e\-mail. Schedule cargo at ports and airports. Assist customers via e\-mail, WhatsApp, and telephone, providing active and agile support. Ensure compliance with required transportation documentation. Fill in and update internal operational control spreadsheets and reports requested by customers. Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose improvements. Schedule transportation operations in the company's internal systems (ERP and tracking system). Monitor delivery status in real time and report updates to customers. Support departments involved in the logistics flow: route planning, billing, warehouse, and risk management. Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards in service delivery. Ensure compliance with certification procedures. Comply with and ensure compliance with departmental procedures. Participate in customer meetings. Track customer revenue and cost spreadsheet.
