Description
**About Us**
We are Brazil's largest railway logistics operator, crossing the country from North to South through our nearly 14,000 km of rail lines — a distance equivalent to a trip from São Paulo to Australia.
We are the logistics solutions company of the Cosan Group, with the purpose of moving Brazil and feeding the world — far beyond the railway — and you can be part of this movement alongside our \+8000 passionate employees!
**Our Culture**
At Rumo, we are connected by our unique way of being and doing — our DNA. We use the four letters of our name to guide our daily attitudes:
R \- Solve with Efficiency and Integrity
U \- United by Safety
M \- Aim Far with Sustainability
O \- People-Oriented
**Here, \#RespectMatters!**
We believe that opportunities for employment and growth must be equal for everyone, and we know that a diverse and plural team is the path to continued innovation and evolution!
Therefore, our job openings are available to all people, regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity or race, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, or any other aspect that makes you unique.
