Therefore, our job openings are available to all people, regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity or race, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, or any other aspect that makes you unique. **Your Future Activities and Responsibilities** Act as the technical lead for the Facilities construction portfolio, ensuring definition of engineering solutions, standardization of scopes, regulatory compliance, and execution efficiency for interventions in the states of PR, SC, and RS — guaranteeing cost, schedule, and quality predictability, while supporting the scalability and maturity of the area. * Develop technical solutions for improvement projects, accessibility upgrades, environmental adaptations, renovations, and structural interventions through field analysis, standards evaluation, and detailed technical scope definition — ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory adherence; * Create and maintain technical standards, descriptive specifications, and QQP (Quality, Quantity, Price) templates, structuring replicable documents and guidelines for recurring construction works — increasing efficiency, reducing variability, and enabling operational scale.
