**Key Responsibilities May Include:**
* Ensure accuracy in Supply Chain KPIs, including financial month\-end closure reporting, and provide timely reporting within established timelines.
* Support the annual budgeting process, including forecasting, Capex analysis, cost reporting, and KPI tracking for the entire regional Supply Chain.
* Monitor and improve key cost drivers such as Direct Costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and driving improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain.
* Conduct cost performance analysis, identifying areas of risk and opportunity within logistics and operations, and proactively addressing cost concerns.
* Standardize and improve operational work processes for all administrative tasks, ensuring alignment with internal controls and company policies.
* Act as the key interface between Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Finance, and other Supply Chain departments (Operations/Logistics), facilitating cross\-functional collaboration.
* Provide cost analysis, data insights, and reporting to support decision\-making within wider Supply Chain teams, contributing to efficiency improvements.
* Support the implementation and monitoring of cost\-saving projects, ensuring initiatives are effectively tracked and deliver measurable results.
**Position: Cost and Operations Projects Analyst**
**Position Purpose**
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Operations, leveraging audit insights to identify cost reduction opportunities and drive operational excellence. Manage, control, and monitor Supply Chain costs, ensuring accuracy of cost reporting and compliance with internal policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure accuracy of Supply Chain KPIs, including month\-end closure reports, guaranteeing timely delivery within established deadlines.
* Structure the annual budgeting process, including quarterly forecast reviews, Capex analysis, cost reporting, and KPI tracking for the Supply Chain.
* Monitor and improve key cost drivers, identifying savings opportunities and leading improvement initiatives across the entire Supply Chain.
* Conduct cost performance analyses, identifying areas of risk and opportunity, and proactively addressing potential cost deviations.
* Provide cost analyses, data insights, and reporting to support decision\-making, contributing to efficiency gains, while acting as the key interface between Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Finance, FP\&A, and other functions, promoting cross\-functional collaboration.
* Support the implementation and monitoring of cost\-reduction projects, ensuring initiatives are properly tracked and deliver measurable outcomes.
* Monitor and manage Service Center services and costs, including cost\-per\-pallet performance and accruals, ensuring timely cost recognition, data accuracy, and actionable recommendations to achieve and exceed cost targets.
* Use operational data and performance metrics to assess the health and efficiency of third\-party sites, identifying opportunities, optimizing productivity, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
**Experience:**
Minimum 5 years in Logistics and Supply Chain, with focus on cost management and optimization in an industrial environment. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, performance analysis, and cost\-reduction projects, with strong interface between Operations and Finance.
**Academic Qualification**
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics and/or Finance
