Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Analyst with experience in the transportation sector for issuing fiscal invoices, calculating taxes, and communicating with clients. Solid knowledge of taxation and tax calculations We are looking for a **Billing Analyst** with experience in the transportation sector to join our team. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills. **Responsibilities:** * Issuing **Fiscal Invoices** and **CT\-e (Electronic Transport Receipt)** * Calculating and verifying **taxes** applicable to fiscal documents * Direct contact with **clients** for clarifications and document delivery * Using **ERP systems (ESL system preferred)** * Data entry and controls in **Excel (intermediate level)** **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **billing at transportation companies** * Proficiency in issuing **Fiscal Invoices** and **CT\-e** * Solid knowledge of **taxation and tax calculations** * Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office (especially Excel)** * Experience with **ERP systems** (experience with **ESL system** is desirable) * Completed or ongoing academic degree (Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields) **Advantages:** * Prior experience with the **ESL system**, used by us for managing **transportation, customer service, and finance** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside near Barueri? * Do you have billing experience, especially in transportation companies? * Have you previously used the ESL system?
