




Job Summary: Professional to assist in international procurement processes, logistics interface, and strategic support, monitoring orders and managing data. Key Highlights: 1. Strict maintenance of technical data and costs in the ERP system Your main responsibilities: Procurement \& Sourcing: Assist in international procurement processes and contracting of logistics services. Logistics Interface: Provide technical support and communication with service providers and foreign partners. Operational Follow\-up: Monitor orders, delivery deadlines, and documentation flow for import/export. Data Management: Strict maintenance and updating of technical data and costs within the ERP system. Strategic Support: Direct support to the Procurement Analyst and Manager in quotations, price comparisons, and performance reports. ✅ Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Prior experience in logistics services procurement or general foreign trade procedures. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (mandatory for data analysis) and ERP system knowledge. Languages: Intermediate English (technical reading and writing). Preferred Qualification: Experience negotiating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and cleaning stations.
