With our Strategy 2020, we committed to becoming the company that defines the logistics industry.**Job Description** --------------------- Responsible for conducting studies focused on continuous improvement of existing operations, aiming to contribute to achieving the company's established objectives.**Requirements** -------------- • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or exact sciences; • Postgraduate studies preferred; • Experience or knowledge in logistics and transportation operations, and continuous improvement methodologies; • Intermediate English proficiency; • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; • Intermediate AutoCAD proficiency; • MS Project, Visio; • Communication, personal presentation, flexibility, negotiation, teamwork, interpersonal relationships, organization.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Productivity calculation (time-motion analysis) 2\. Transportation studies – scope and optimization opportunities 3\. Operational flow analysis aimed at optimizing movement or increasing productivity 4\. Standardization of operational activities 5\. Technical analysis focused on reviewing existing operational resources to improve performance (labor, equipment, or process-related adjustments) 6\. Review of physical layout (storage, staging, administrative, and support areas) 7\. Participation in startup activities (technical support and management of implementation activities) 8\. ABC curve review – operational slotting 9\. Cost composition related to the above-mentioned adjustments 10\. Preparation of technical proposals and validation with the operations manager or requester 11\. Adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) concepts and regulations 12\. Ensuring compliance with DHL and customer KPIs 13\. Ensuring compliance with DHL corporate programs 14\. Delivering operational training 15\. Ensuring achievement of Performance Evaluation objectives.
