Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:42 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: R$ 4.000,00 Benefits: Transportation Allowance, On-site Meal, and Food Allowance of R$400.00 RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform production planning, scheduling, and control activities to ensure on-time delivery, resource optimization, and cost reduction. Monitor production performance indicators, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with production and logistics departments. May also assist in machine and equipment operation, assembly and welding of components per technical drawings and production orders, as well as conduct inspection, finishing, material control, and workplace organization—complying with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; minimum 6 months of experience in PCP, preferably within industrial settings; proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (TOTVS); knowledge of production planning and control tools; experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Analytical, proactive, and organized profile; strong communication skills; ability to work effectively in teams; time management skills and capability to perform under pressure.
