Location: Pacaembu/SP **Job Mission** Ensure smooth, organized, and data-driven Trade Marketing operations—from promoter hiring through execution performance monitoring at the point of sale (POS). This role connects **people, processes, and information** to deliver results at the frontline. **Key Responsibilities** · Recruiting and selecting promoters and supervisors · Documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and onboarding integration · Attendance tracking, medical certificates, vacation scheduling, and leave management · Benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health plans, reimbursements) · Daily support to field teams: answering questions, granting system access, handling route/store changes · Registering and updating routes, targets, and store information · Monitoring staffing schedules and vacancy coverage · Organizing and dispatching materials (uniforms, POS supplies, etc.) · Liaising with internal departments and external vendors · Consolidating and validating data submitted by field teams · Auditing attendance records, photos, check-ins, and productivity metrics · Identifying deviations and proactively reporting them to management **1.
