**About the position:** * Supplier prospecting and development of new partnerships. * Obtaining quotations and executing competitive analysis. * Analysis and benchmarking of technical proposals, identifying the advantages and disadvantages of each service or material proposal submitted by suppliers. * Negotiation with suppliers and service providers. * Commercial management of supply contracts. * Verification of quantities and technical specifications. * Responsible for monitoring supplier performance and for tracking and expediting purchase orders with suppliers. * Hiring third-party companies for specific tasks. * Preparation of monthly reports to present results. * Participation in internal and external audit processes. **Required experience** * Minimum of 6 months of experience in procurement. + Minimum of 2 years of experience on construction sites as a civil engineering assistant/analyst or Civil Engineer. **Professional characteristics** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Willingness to work onsite in Indaiatuba; + Proficiency in Excel and Office suite; + Dynamic, solution-oriented, proactive, and organized profile. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with RM\-TOTVS; * Experience in medium- or large-scale residential construction projects; * Driver’s license category B; * Experience as a cost estimator.
