Job Summary: Strategic Planning Analyst to ensure the balance between product availability and inventory efficiency, directly contributing to the company's results. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic role in purchase planning, replenishment, and product turnover. 2. Management of product mix and development of performance indicators. 3. Coordination with various company departments (purchasing, logistics, sales). We are seeking a Planning Analyst to ensure the balance between product availability and inventory efficiency in our operations. This person will play a strategic role in purchase planning, replenishment, and product turnover, directly contributing to the company's results. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and execute product replenishment (stores and/or distribution centers) * Analyze inventory levels, coverage, and item turnover * Define replenishment parameters * Conduct demand forecasting based on historical data and seasonality * Track purchase orders with suppliers * Monitor stockouts and excess inventory, proposing corrective actions * Manage product mix (ABC curve) * Support sales campaigns with appropriate inventory planning * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (stockouts, coverage, turnover, sell-through) * Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, sales, and store departments **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply planning * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * ERP system knowledge **Preferred Qualifications** * Retail experience (preferably in furniture or durable goods) * Knowledge of planning tools (WMS) * Experience with ABC analysis, inventory turnover, and coverage **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical mindset and data-driven orientation * Organization and prioritization skills * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Decision-making capability Compensation: R$1,00 \- R$2,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
