Support continuous improvement of contracts and seek synergies. **Nice to meet you — we’re GOL!** The Procurement and Supply Chain Analyst I will be responsible for supporting the efficient and strategic acquisition of goods and services within the Group’s Procurement and Supply Chain area, directly impacting organizational missions and various operational and administrative departments. The goal is to optimize costs, ensure quality in the procurement process, and meet delivery deadlines through financial analysis, data review, and support in negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders. \#vemserGol **Responsibilities and Duties** *What will be your challenge?* * Plan, organize, and execute procurement activities for the assigned category; monitor performance indicators (KPIs); and ensure achievement of established targets. Support identification of process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions. The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are: * Contribute to defining and executing the procurement strategy for assigned categories, supporting achievement of established objectives; * Collaborate with leadership in developing the procurement plan based on historical needs and new demands; track execution, prepare monthly reports, and analyze deviations in timelines, benefits, and scope—proposing corrective actions; * Achieve specific procurement objectives by following established protocols and systems. Support supplier negotiations and manage procurement processes for assigned product or service groups; * Perform quantitative (financial) and qualitative analyses, as well as scenario modeling, to assess margins, costs, and projections that strengthen negotiation and procurement strategies; * Compare alternatives and recommend optimized solutions aligned with the OpCos’ financial and operational goals, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery; * Support closure of procurement processes, ensuring adherence to timelines, terms, and conditions per sourcing strategy; * Support continuous improvement of contracts and strategic negotiations, seeking synergies and significant cost savings across Group companies; * Prepare and consolidate reports, comparisons, and presentations for strategic and leadership meetings, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information; * Internal advisory support: guide Group departments in identifying and contracting appropriate products and services aligned with organizational and operational needs; * Compliance assurance: ensure adherence to Procurement and Supply Chain policies and guidelines of both OpCos and the Group, advising business areas as needed.
