Support supplier negotiations and manage procurement processes for assigned product or service groups; * Perform quantitative (financial) and qualitative analyses, as well as scenario modeling, to assess margins, costs, and projections that strengthen negotiation and procurement strategies; * Compare alternatives and recommend optimized solutions aligned with the OpCos’ financial and operational goals, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery; * Support closure of procurement processes, ensuring adherence to timelines, terms, and conditions per sourcing strategy; * Support continuous improvement of contracts and strategic negotiations, seeking synergies and significant cost savings across Group companies; * Prepare and consolidate reports, comparisons, and presentations for strategic and leadership meetings, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information; * Internal advisory support: guide Group departments in identifying and contracting appropriate products and services aligned with organizational and operational needs; * Compliance assurance: ensure adherence to Procurement and Supply Chain policies and guidelines of both OpCos and the Group, advising business areas as needed.
