Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and executing store replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocks, with focus on seasonality and demand. Monitor inventory KPIs and propose corrective actions Responsible for planning, controlling, and executing store replenishment, ensuring appropriate inventory levels while preventing stockouts and overstocks, considering seasonality, promotions, and regional demand. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform **demand and replenishment planning**, ensuring accurate product restocking for stores. * Conduct **monthly meetings** with relevant departments to align deliveries and plan the upcoming period. * **Implement process improvements**, aiming to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. * **Monitor procurement requests** from the commercial department, ensuring alignment with company needs. * Monitor KPIs such as **inventory coverage, stockouts, overstocks, and expiration-related losses**, proposing corrective actions. * Perform **analyses and reporting** * Utilize **tools and systems** to ensure adherence to timelines, planned requirements, schedules, and seasonality. * Oversee the entire **procurement process**, from request to final delivery at stores. * Record and manage **incoming, outgoing, and write-off invoices**. * **Identify inter-warehouse transfer needs** * Handle **delivery incidents**, such as order discrepancies, track returns, and ensure proper resolution. * Maintain up-to-date **supplier, material, and service master data**. * Assess the **impact of promotions on demand**, with a commercial and strategic perspective. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
