Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Proven experience in supplier development and qualification, market prospecting, and supply chain management within the construction industry; * Hands-on experience on construction sites or direct engagement with suppliers of construction materials and services; * Knowledge of the regional supplier market in Alagoas, Sergipe, and Bahia; * Ability to conduct commercial negotiations and collaborate closely with internal departments—especially Legal, Construction, and Procurement; * Proactive, organized, communicative profile with a process- and results-oriented mindset, and ability to structure and improve workflows; * Proficiency in working with performance indicators, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives; * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with management tools and ERPs (preferred). * Prospect and develop new suppliers of materials and services in AL, SE, and BA regions, strengthening and expanding Stanza’s supply chain; * Develop, qualify, organize, and maintain up-to-date supplier registrations, documentation, and structural information, ensuring technical, documentary, and operational compliance with company requirements; * Monitor and track supply chain performance indicators (e.g., NPS, delivery lead times, contracting lead times), proposing continuous process improvements; * Ensure supplier availability for all construction project demands, mitigating operational risks and potential supply chain gaps; * Map regional markets to identify materials, services, and potential strategic partners; * Track material delivery schedules and service contracting timelines, ensuring alignment with relevant internal teams; * Build and maintain structured portfolios of emergency and line-item suppliers, ensuring operational predictability and security; * Support Budget teams in quotation processes and feasibility analysis of new suppliers; * Collaborate closely with internal departments (Construction, Budget, Legal, and Procurement) to ensure efficiency, alignment, and predictability across the entire supply chain. 2512070202191909282
