Support and lead the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycle by preparing data, consolidating inputs, and aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure a consensus demand plan. Monitor and control inventory levels across the supply chain, balancing product availability, working capital, and reduction of off-spec inventory through defined actions. Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, service level, inventory turnover, obsolescence), identify deviations, and drive corrective actions. Collaborate closely on a daily basis with Commercial, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment between demand and supply, while supporting continuous improvements in processes, tools, and data quality. Plan and coordinate import operations to ensure product availability. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and execute the Demand Planning process, incorporating commercial inputs and historical data, market trends, ensuring forecasts aligned with accuracy targets. Monitor performance, drive corrective actions, and ensure demand volume requirements. Maintain data integrity in planning systems and support Demand and Supply Review cycles, identifying gaps and driving actions to protect service level (OTIF) and optimize inventory; * Prepare and consolidate data from multiple sources to support the S&OP cycle, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. Plan and develop clear production scenarios, highlighting feasibility, fulfillment risks, inventory impacts, and key trade-offs to support decision-making; * Monitor and report key KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Service Level, Stockouts, and Demand Variability, leading continuous improvement initiatives; * Execute and control inventory management, ensuring appropriate levels through defined parameters and policies. Be responsible for the end-to-end off-spec inventory process, coordinating with Quality, Commercial, and Operations teams to define disposition and implement action plans to reduce losses. Monitor inventory KPIs (Days on Hand, Coverage, Turnover), identify deviations, and drive corrective actions. Ensure balance among product availability, shelf-life constraints, and working capital, minimizing excesses, slow-moving items, and obsolete stock.
