Job Summary: Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, as well as mapping, analyzing, and redesigning processes—with an emphasis on continuous improvement and ensuring quality and efficiency. Thanks to the trust and loyalty of our clients—which have driven our significant growth in recent years—we are now among the world’s largest insurance brokers, with the highest organic growth rate in the market. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, execute, and monitor projects using PMBOK/PMI best practices. * Develop and manage project documents and artifacts, such as Project Charter (TAP), WBS/EAP, schedules, RACI matrix, communication plans, and risk and issue management plans. * Monitor testing phases (UAT), readiness, and go-live activities, ensuring alignment among involved areas and delivery quality. * Track deadlines, scope, risks, and dependencies, proposing action plans to mitigate deviations. * Map, analyze, and redesign processes using methodologies such as BPMN 2.0, AS-IS, and TO-BE. * Conduct process analysis using tools such as SIPOC, VSM, and end-to-end flow mapping. * Develop and maintain procedures, workflows, policies, and operational controls—ensuring standardization and clarity for user areas. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement focused on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction. * Use demand and project management tools—such as Jira—to track activities, status, and KPIs. * Support organization and updating of project and process documentation, ensuring traceability and governance. * Apply Lean Six Sigma concepts to process improvement. * Support process audits, standardization initiatives (SOPs), and governance efforts. * Ensure projects and processes incorporate LGPD requirements, including data privacy and information security principles. * Plan and execute change management activities—including adoption plans, communications, and stakeholder engagement. * Conduct training, capacity building, and post-go-live user support—ensuring correct usage of implemented processes and systems. * Work on business system projects—such as CRM and ERP (e.g., Ploomes, Salesforce, SAP). * Support commercial process initiatives, integrating business and technology areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Process Management, or Business-related fields (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Systems Analysis, or related disciplines). * Postgraduate degree/MBA or certifications in Projects, Processes, Quality, or Agile Methods (e.g., PMP/PMI, CBPP/ABPMP, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum/Agile) are desirable. * Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish, with ability to lead meetings, draft documents, and present status updates to executive audiences. * Experience managing projects from planning through to go-live. * Hands-on experience in process mapping and improvement, with an end-to-end perspective. * Experience with management tools such as Jira. * Experience in standardization, governance, quality, and change management. * Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Ploomes, Salesforce, SAP) and commercial processes is desirable. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance (Bradesco); * Dental Insurance (Sulamérica); * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Totalpass; * Private Pension; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Birthday Leave.
