Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, analytical, and skilled negotiator to join our team as a Senior Procurement Analyst, responsible for conducting quotations, managing suppliers, and pursuing cost reduction. Support in contract management and monitoring of departmental KPIs We are looking for an organized, analytical professional with strong negotiation skills to join our team as a **Senior Procurement Analyst**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships; * Pursue cost reduction and continuous improvement in procurement processes; * Monitor departmental KPIs and support contract management; * Collaborate with other departments to meet internal requirements. **Requirements:** * Experience in procurement; * Knowledge of negotiation and cost analysis; * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Industrial experience preferred. **Advantages:** * ERP system knowledge; * Experience in the metallurgical/industrial sector; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
