




Key Responsibilities: * Map, model, review and optimize organizational processes using continuous improvement methodologies. * Conduct diagnostics, root cause analyses and identification of gaps in current processes; * Develop and implement action plans for operational improvements, focusing on efficiency, productivity and waste reduction; * Structure and update process flows, standard operating procedures and internal policies; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose process adjustments based on data and results; * Lead or participate in process transformation and automation projects; * Facilitate process workshops and promote a culture of continuous improvement across business areas; * Collaborate with various departments (IT, Quality, Operations, Sales, etc.) to ensure effective implementation of proposed improvements. Prerequisites: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or related fields * Experience in process mapping, redesign and improvement * Experience in digital transformation and/or process automation projects * Intermediate Excel skills
