Job Summary: The Rodonaves Group seeks a professional to develop and review pricing strategies, assess financial impacts, conduct market studies, and support leadership in decision-making. With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and today have expanded our operations across Brazil, delivering diverse solutions through the six companies comprising our Group — positioning us as one of the country’s top and largest logistics groups and a sector reference. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, review, and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives; * Assess financial impacts of price adjustments, discounts, and commercial policies; * Conduct price elasticity, sensitivity, and market competitiveness studies; * Support leadership in decision-making through analyses and scenarios; * Monitor pricing-related performance indicators (KPIs); * Propose improvements to pricing processes, policies, and governance; * Serve as the technical reference in pricing and across partner areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law; * Active OAB registration will be considered an advantage; * Consulting experience will be considered an advantage; * Litigation experience; * Technical knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure; * Technical knowledge of Labor Law and Labor Procedure; * Litigation routines (deadline management, procedural reading, coordination with law firms); * Familiarity with legal systems (Projuris or similar); * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (emphasis on Excel and Word). **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Gympass; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance.
