Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Process and verify monthly, biweekly, vacation, 13th salary, termination, PPR (Profit Sharing Plan), and statutory charge payroll. * Perform calculations and reporting of labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, SESI/SENAI). * Generate and submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, DIRF). * Carry out payments of statutory charges related to labor lawsuits. * Analyze discrepancies and absences (INSS leaves, CAT, pregnancy, retirement). * Account for and reconcile payroll and its related financial entries. * Monitor legal changes, collective agreements, and conventions, ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and tax deadlines. * Respond to internal and external audits and inspections. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and in the implementation/migration of payroll systems. * Serve as a technical reference for analysts in the area. * Execute payroll for executives and expatriates. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of Power BI and SAP system is desirable. * Proven experience in payroll processing, payroll accounting and reconciliation, electronic timekeeping rules, labor and social security legislation (CLT, eSocial, DCTFWeb) is required. * Prior experience in Shared Services Centers is an advantage. **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
