Job Description Responsible for planning and controlling the inbound flow of finished products, ensuring item availability to meet commercial demand. Manages collections, schedules receipts, monitors shipments, and updates product availability dates in systems, ensuring predictability and visibility for Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales teams. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and monitor collections from production plants, suppliers, and logistics partners. * Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly receipt plans. * Monitor in-transit shipments and ensure adherence to collection and delivery deadlines. * Update and maintain accuracy of product arrival, receipt, and availability dates. * Ensure alignment among production, transportation, warehousing, and commercial demand. * Serve as the focal point for logistics operators regarding receipt scheduling and operational capacity. * Identify risks of delays, stockouts, or operational constraints and coordinate action plans. * Provide visibility on product availability and impacts for Sales and Customer Service teams. * Develop and monitor inbound flow performance indicators. * Propose process, control, and management tool improvements. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Experience in logistics planning, inbound operations, receipt management, transportation, or supply chain. * Experience managing collections, receipts, and logistics operators. * Knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and inventory management processes. * Experience with ERP, WMS, and/or TMS systems. * Advanced Excel skills. * Analytical ability, sense of priority, and strong communication skills. **DESIRABLE** * Power BI and Power Query. * SAP or equivalent systems. * Knowledge of S&OP and S&OE. * Experience in high-volume operations with multiple supply sources. * Intermediate English proficiency. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS*****.*** * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; * Excellent oral and written communication; * Results-oriented; * Ability to influence others, given collaboration with the Distributor’s sales team. **BENEFITS AND PERKS** Join SC Johnson and become part of one of the best companies to work for in Latin America, offering: * Sustainable and innovative offices and factories designed with open spaces to inspire creativity, equipped with the tools you need to enjoy your day-to-day work. * Development opportunities that will accelerate your professional career in a dynamic work environment where you can explore your potential within a global leader in consumer goods. * Access to a comprehensive benefits program focused on the personal, family, and financial well-being of each employee, promoting work-life balance. **ABOUT US** SC Johnson (SCJ) is a family company committed to building a better world.
