Yosen | Ribeirão Preto | SP | On-site Job Description Plan, control, and improve logistics operations, ensuring efficient material and product flow, with emphasis on meeting deadlines, inventory accuracy, and cost optimization. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and monitor transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. * Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Oversee receiving and shipping activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, product quality, and integrity. * Analyze logistics performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, service level, and costs, proposing improvements. * Manage negotiations and relationships with carriers and logistics suppliers. * Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduction of operational costs. * Ensure organized warehousing processes and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. * Support cross-functional integration (production, sales, finance) to align logistics requirements. * Maintain updated records and controls, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, and inventory control). * Experience with ERP systems or logistics management tools. * Knowledge of inventory control and physical inventory processes. * Analytical ability to track and interpret performance metrics. * Strong organizational skills, sense of priority, and commitment to deadlines. Desired Qualifications * Experience analyzing and managing logistics KPIs. * Experience in continuous improvement of logistics processes. * Experience negotiating with carriers. * Familiarity with Protheus or similar ERP systems. * Experience in industrial environments. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.).
