Responsible for executing and analyzing highly complex financial routines, including cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, preparation of managerial reports, financial forecasting, and support in budget planning processes. Prepares presentation materials, extracts and processes data sets in spreadsheets, consolidates information, and possesses accounting knowledge including Income Statements (DRE), Balance Sheets, and chart of accounts. Operates with moderate autonomy, proposing process improvements and supporting strategic decision-making within the department. Interacts with areas such as Accounting, Controllership, Tax, Procurement, and Commercial. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the development and review of the annual budget (Budget) and periodic forecasts (Forecast), in collaboration with Management; * Monitor and track budget execution, analyzing variances between planned and actual values; * Prepare financial analyses and managerial reports to support decision-making; * Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improvement of financial performance; * Consolidate financial and operational information, both consolidated and by business project; * Prepare and analyze projected cash flow by project and on a consolidated basis; * Support the definition of financial and operational assumptions and indicators for the company’s economic planning; * Assist in maintaining and continuously improving budgetary control processes and tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Postgraduate specialization in Finance or Controllership is desirable. Experience in finance and budgeting functions; Knowledge of ERP systems; Advanced Office suite proficiency (especially Excel); Knowledge of BI tools is desirable; Skill in preparing managerial reports and presenting results.
