Advanced or fluent English for international customer service. **Job Mission** Execute export and international billing processes, ensuring accurate document issuance, order tracking, and direct interface with production, PCP, logistics, and customers, thereby guaranteeing timeliness, compliance, and service quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue and verify export documents, including Invoice, Packing List, and Export Tax Invoice; * Create and track orders in the ERP system; * Interface directly with Production, PCP, and Logistics to monitor order flow, manufacturing deadlines, picking, billing, and shipment; * Conduct continuous follow-up with Production and PCP to anticipate deviations and ensure deadline compliance; * Support international customers by providing order status, delivery timelines, and shipment information; * Analyze order fulfillment performance and resolve discrepancies; * Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring alignment of information and priorities; * Support the commercial team with operational information and price list updates; * Monitor foreign exchange settlement processes together with responsible departments; * Support logistics processes up to shipment; * Ensure document accuracy and compliance; * Support billing routines, ensuring correct tax invoice issuance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in export processes; * Advanced or fluent English; * Experience in billing and issuing export tax invoices; * Experience interfacing with Production, PCP, and Logistics; * Knowledge of Incoterms; * ERP system experience; * Completed bachelor's degree in related fields. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial settings; * Medical/orthopedic sector experience; * Regulatory knowledge; * Intermediate Spanish. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Analytical mindset; * Sense of urgency; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to prioritize; * Resilience under pressure.
