THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION LEARNING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** SENIOR EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS ANALYST
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must indicate availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary:** Develop educational/instructional studies, analyses, and projects for both in-person and distance learning modalities, and guide and monitor project implementation by Operational Units.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**

**EDUCATION:**
**Bachelor’s degree completed in one of the following fields:** Pedagogy; Administration; Public Administration; Human Resource Management; Managerial Processes; Commercial Management; Public Management; Project Management; Educational Management; Educational Technologies; Instructional Design; Information Systems; Systems Analysis and Development; Production Engineering; Statistics; Data Science; Economics; Social Communication or Marketing.
Verification of the required qualifications must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Official declaration of course completion, accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**Desirable:** Postgraduate degree in School Management, Professional and Technological Education, Pedagogical Coordination, or Educational Management.
**EXPERIENCE:**
1\) Proven experience in developing studies, analyses, management, and monitoring of technical courses, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
**VERIFICATION:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature consistent with the requirements of this Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Service Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to verify experience.

**SYLLABUS:**
