Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for operationalizing and maintaining the digital menu, monitoring the performance of promotional actions, and supporting negotiations with delivery platforms. Support negotiations with delivery platforms **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operationalize and maintain the digital menu on delivery platforms, ensuring alignment with commercial policy and accurate presentation of products and prices; * Monitor the performance of promotional actions and campaigns, preparing periodic reports with analysis of results and improvement opportunities; * Support negotiations with delivery platforms (iFood, Rappi, Uber Eats, etc.), tracking execution of agreed terms and campaign performance; * Monitor operational metrics (preparation time, delivery time, cancellation rate, customer reviews, etc.) and propose corrective actions in collaboration with relevant departments; * Contribute to continuous improvement of the delivery channel, supporting expansion initiatives, new categories, and process optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge of operational KPIs and BI tools or advanced Excel for data analysis; * 1–2 years of experience in the field; * Preferred: knowledge of urban logistics and consumer experience; * Familiarity with delivery platforms (iFood, Rappi, Uber Eats, etc.); * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills. **Additional Information:** Work Model: Hybrid **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit * Discount partnerships with Educational Institutions * Discount partnerships with Entertainment Companies * Payroll-Deductible Loan * TotalPass Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
