Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will work within the CRM Management team, with primary responsibilities including: * Developing audience segmentation for commercial initiatives, leveraging various available platforms (Teradata, Databricks, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization); * Automating audience generation and data processing workflows to ensure agility in delivering segmented audiences for commercial initiatives; * Designing data structures; * Collaborating closely with campaign strategists, publishers, insights teams, and performance analysts to optimize development efforts and enhance implementation efficiency for initiatives; contributing to the team’s technical advancement by sharing knowledge and best practices; * Implementing data validation and sanity-check processes; * Documenting implemented processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Knowledge of CRM and DBM; * Proficiency in PL/SQL is mandatory; * Python knowledge is desirable; * Experience with Databricks, Teradata (or similar), and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization; * Completed undergraduate degree.
