Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring financial performance, preparing management reports, and supporting strategic decisions, ensuring compliance and financial sustainability. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations Responsible for monitoring the company's financial performance, preparing and analyzing management reports such as budgets, income statements (DRE), and cash flow statements. Conducts variance analysis, monitors KPIs, manages cost control, and supports strategic decision-making. Additionally, ensures compliance with accounting and tax regulations, contributing to the business's financial efficiency and sustainability. * Prepare and monitor the company's budget; * Prepare and monitor the income statement (DRE by business type: Injectables, Electrotherapy, and others); * Reconcile the cash flow statement \- Format the new integrated SAP model; * Reconcile finance department postings in the system \- Ensure correct posting to the accounting account, allocation rules, etc.; * Generate reports to support the commercial department and conduct analysis for strategic decisions; * Collaborate with the accounting department on preparing balance sheets and income statements (DRE); * Monitor strategic goals: analyze what has been achieved and what has not, and identify gaps; * Prepare financial reports: delinquency, Royal Face performance, inventory position, and debt level; * Support logistics and inventory reporting. Although we have a dedicated manager for this area, the controller analyst will cross-check and reconcile information provided by the area and generate certain reports to raise questions and request justifications.
