Assistance in developing the sales forecast and lead tracking São Paulo Brazil Sales, Customer Service & Origination **Job Description - External Recruitment** The commercial analysis area is responsible for generating and monitoring commercial performance control metrics, as well as entering data to feed ADM's sales systems. This area also ensures the proper functioning of the current CRM (Salesforce, Contracts, etc.) **Responsibilities:** * Creation of reports for opportunities within the CRM tool (Salesforce). Maintenance of proper system usage through interaction with the sales team; * Contact with other offices both within and outside LATAM (South America) and participation in global projects (e.g., ISD), replicating and training the sales team on reports and best practices; * Assistance in developing the sales forecast together with the commercial team, data entry into the system for daily results reporting, and other routine activities of the commercial team; * Monitoring of intern work in lead handling (mapping of sales opportunities coming from various channels: internet, trade shows, etc.) received from various internal and external ADM sources; * Daily and monthly entry of results data (including customer registration, sales results, and forecast) for global compilation of assets located in Brazil. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Statistics; * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of Salesforce.
